Grit Grips Pistol Frame for Glock G19 Gen3 Pistols – Stripped

I have a Gen 3 19 that I have had for a few years.I have modified it alot over that time. I cut the finger groves off. Never did like the grip. If Glock put the GG 19 on it's the original Gen 3's and sold it a complete set they would have no competition. The GG 19 grips is perfect. You will never regret the purchase. The texture and gas pedal are absolutely perfect. The beaver tail is spot on. Just buy it and never look back.

Feels great in the hand

I’m super happy with this frame. It does everything you’d expect from a Gen 3 Glock frame, but with some really well thought out features. The stippling is fantastic and really well done. The small built-in “gas pedals” are also much more usable than I would have guessed, in part because the grip texture gives you such a solid purchase on the frame. I used Glock parts for the build and everything dropped in. A few things were a little tighter than they would be in a factory Glock, like the rear backstrap pin, but that isn’t a bad thing as far as I’m concerned. The big deal for me, though, is the grip angle. That is the standout upgrade. The fact that Grit Grips changes both the frontstrap and the backstrap, instead of only changing the back like some others do, really makes a difference. I have nothing against the factory Glock grip angle, but I rotate through a number of guns I enjoy shooting. Adjusting to and from the Glock angle takes me longer than it does with pretty much anything else I might shoot on a given day. This slight change makes that transition almost seamless for me. Shooting it back to back with my Gen 3 G19, I shoot the Grit Grips frame better. Not because it somehow makes the gun more accurate, but because the more natural grip angle works better for me and lines up better with how I normally train and shoot. I’m a huge fan, especially considering the fairly low price. This frame costs less than what a lot of people charge for a good stippling job, and you are getting a lot more than just better texture.

A few things stand out. The grip genuinely fills your hand and pulls you into a natural shooting position, similar to what I liked about the M&P, but without any hand bite. The built-in gas pedal and indexing points are a nice touch — the whole thing is clearly a well-thought-out design, not just another Glock clone frame. I've since decided to give their slides a shot and I'm just waiting on those to arrive now. I'm also planning to pick up some 43X frames from them for a couple of gift builds I have in the works. If the slide quality matches the frame, Grit Grips is going to be my one-stop shop for custom clone builds going forward. My only hope is that they eventually expand into 43X and 48 slides, and maybe even add services like Cerakote and engraving down the line — that would round things out perfectly.

I have built on every possible grip platform on the market and these are by far the most comfortable and grippy texture of any G19 frame available.

Very pleased with the quality and amount of though they put into this product. Installation was straightforward and turned my gen 3 Glock into a brand new pistol. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Good lower. It feels good in my hands. I like it a lot better than the original grips.

I've purchased and ran a few frames - Lone Wolf, PSA, etc. The Git Grips frames are the best I've tried!!! You will not be disappointed, get a few!!!
